RE: Iristel Inc. / Saskatchewan Telecommunications ‒ Basic Listing Interchange File Agreement
Dear Madam,
On 5 March 2013, the Commission received a Basic Listing Interchange File (BLIF) Service Agreement that was executed by Iristel Inc. and Saskatchewan Telecommunications (collectively, the companies). This type of agreement is provided for in the companies’ tariffs and does not fall under section 29 of the Telecommunications Act.
Accordingly, this executed agreement need not be submitted for Commission approval and, therefore, this application is closed.
Commission staff notes that competitive local exchange carriers are required to file an unexecuted template BLIF Agreement for Commission approval. Staff also notes that Iristel has already received approval for its unexecuted BLIF.
Yours sincerely,
