RE: Aliant Telecom Tariff Notice 442

Dear Mr. Henry:

On 19 February 2013, the Commission received an application by Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership under Aliant Telecom Tariff Notice 442 (TN 442), in which the company proposed changes to its General Tariff CRTC 21491, sub-items 508.3, Digital Network Access – High Speed, and 508.6, Digital Network Access – OC-12. The company indicated that its application is a Group B retail tariff filing.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis of the proposed tariff, including the proposed rates.

Consequently, this application will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
