Dear Mr. Yeulett:
RE: Northwestel’s Tariff Notice 883A - Related Matters
On 25 February 2013, the Commission issued an order disposing Northwestel’s tariff notice 883A (TN). In this order, the Commission did not approve Northwestel’s proposed rates for the Fibre link tariff elements as no cost studies were filed in support of these rate elements in its
22 May 2012 submission.
Northwestel is requested to file proposed tariffs and cost studies for its fibre link monthly and one-time service charges by 26 March 2013. The proposed cost study and rates for each rate element must be consistent with the cost and rate determinations of Telecom Order
CRTC 2013-93.
Yours sincerely,
