RE: Carrier Access Tariff

Dear Madam:

On 19 November 2012 and 6 December, Cochrane Telecom Services (CTS) submitted Tariff Notices 65 and 66 respectively, proposing changes to the company’s Wireless and Carrier Access Tariffs.

CTS is requested to provide a complete response, with supporting rationale, to the attached questions by the end of business on 26 February 2013. Other parties may submit comments on Cochrane’s response by the end of business on 28 February 2013.

Copies of the documents should also be sent to cameron.warriner@crtc.gc.ca.

Yours sincerely,
