Re: Execulink Telecom Inc. – Application seeking, on an expedited basis, an order directing Nor-Del Cablevision Limited to cease and desist offering unauthorised competitive local exchange services
On 24 January 2013, the Commission received a letter from Execulink Telecom Inc. (Execulink) regarding the above-noted application. In that letter, Execulink requested to withdraw its request that the Commission issue an order directing Nor-Del Cablevision Limited (Nor-Del) to cease and desist from offering local exchange services, as Nor-Del is not currently offering competitive local voice services to any customers.
Consequently, this application is closed.
Yours sincerely,
