RE: Northwestel Inc. - Tariff Notice 891

Dear Mr. Yeulett:

On 14 January 2013, the Commission received an application by Northwestel Inc. under cover of Tariff Notice 891 (TN 891), in which the company proposed changes to Northwestel Inc.’s Retail V-Connect Service, Item 1110. The company has indicated that its application is a Group B retail tariff filing.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis of the proposed tariff, including the proposed rate ranges.

Consequently, this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
