Re: Non-compliance with the applicable regulations by a proposed CLEC
in the territories of Téléphone Milot inc.

Dear Sir or Madam:

On 7 November 2012, the Commission received an application from Téléphone Milot inc. (Milot) in which the latter claimed that Cablovision Warwick Inc. (Cablovision Warwick) was offering local telephone services in the territory served by Milot, in violation of the applicable regulations.

Commission staff has reviewed the information on the record and determined that additional information is required to complete its assessment of the application. Accordingly, Milot and Cablovision Warwick must file their responses to the Commission's request for information attached to this letter by 1 February 2013, serving copies on all other parties.

Any other party may file comments with respect to the responses to the attached request for information, serving copies on all other parties, by 8 February 2013. The parties will have until 15 February 2013 to file their replies to the comments.

As set out in Broadcasting and Telecom Information Bulletin 2010-961, Procedures for filing confidential information and requesting its disclosure in Commission proceedings, Cablovision Warwick and Milot may designate certain information as confidential. The companies must provide an abridged version of the document involved, accompanied by a note explaining how the information removed is confidential.

All submissions are to be made in accordance with the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Rules of Practice and Procedure, SOR/2010-277.

Yours truly,
