Re: Application 2013-0237-2 – To renew the broadcasting licence of CKLX-FM Montréal and to modify its conditions of licence

Dear Mr. Brière,

The Commission is in receipt of your letter dated 10 October 2013 relating to the interventions received concerning the licence renewal and amendment application set out above. You have requested that the following interventions be removed from the public file given that you are of the view that the interveners did not respect the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure:
• Intervention #189 – Mr. Étienne Lanthier – Coalition Sortons les radio-poubelles de Québec
• Intervention # 197 – Mr. Éric Beaudry
• Intervention #270 – Mrs. Amélie Châteauneuf – Front commun des personnes assistées sociales au Québec
• Intervention #155 – Mr. Frédéric Perrault

Given that these interventions were received at the Commission within the intervention period, that is before 27 September 2013, that they were made public on the Commission website, and that you are aware of them, the Commission will maintain these interventions on the public file of application 2013-0237-2 and is providing you with the opportunity to reply to them.

Accordingly, you have the opportunity to respond to these interventions by no later than 1 November, 2013.

A copy of this letter as well as your reply to the interventions will be added to the public file for consultation purposes.

Sincerely,

(Original signed by)
