Re: Broadcasting application 2012-1384-2
This is in reference to your application for authority to amend the technical parameters of the radio programming undertaking CJVF-FM Scarborough, which was published as a Part 1 application on 7 November 2012.
Commission staff would like to inform you that the analysis of your application has been suspended given the interventions received. Your application will be considered at a future proceeding.
Please note that the Part 1 public process which included your application is closed. The interventions and responses received relating to the application during the Part 1 process will be added to the public examination file.
Further, in section 1.1 of the application form, the applicant is identified as 105.9 FM Ltd. As per our records, the legal entity authorized by the Commission to operate the undertaking is under the name of “Subanasiri Vaithilingam”, on behalf of a corporation to be incorporated”.
a) Please confirm the name of the applicant.
b) If the applicant has been incorporated, provide a copy of the incorporation documents.
The information requested herein should be received by the Commission no later than 5 August 2013.
A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of the proceeding.
