Dear Mr. Lewis:

Re: application 2013-0991-4 – CJGY-FM Grande-Prairie
Request for abbreviated Part 1 process

On 8 July 2013, Grande Prairie Radio Ltd. requested that the Commission conduct an abbreviated Part 1 process with respect to the above noted application involving a condition of licence amendment. Grande Prairie Radio Ltd. requested that the intervention period be reduced to 15 days instead of 30 days to ensure it complies with its Canadian content development (CCD) payment requirements by 31 August 2013.

The applicant’s request is approved. Accordingly, the timetable for the process will be as follows:

Deadline for submission of interventions: 1 August 2013

A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of the proceeding.

Yours sincerely,
