Mr. Naidoo,
Reference is made to my e-mail dated 7 June 2013 to your consultant, Mr. Tony Lacombe, regarding the 128 DVDs which represent a copy of the programming of Zee TV Canada (Zee TV) for the time periods of 21 to 27 March 2013 and 2 to 8 May 2013.
As indicated in my e-mail, the recorded programming, which forms a part of your complaint about Zee TV, must be served upon the respondent Ethnic Channels Group Ltd. (ECG). In this regard, I note that your consultant has already served upon ECG the written complaint as well as the program schedules for the two periods of time in question and that service was completed on 7 June 2013.
Please serve and provide proof of service of the programming in question on ECG by no later than 26 June 2013. Additionally, given that your complaint will become public and open for interventions in accordance with Part 1 of the CRTC’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, you should file by no later than 26 June 2013 a total of (8) copies of the material with the Commission. Copies will be made available at each of the Commission’s regional offices as well as at the Central office in Gatineau, QC. Please ensure that each copy is clearly identified.
A copy of this letter will also form a part of the public record of these proceedings.
