Re: Application 2013-0653-0 – Technical amendment of CHOQ-FM Toronto, Ontario
Dear Mrs Mori,
On 29 April 2013, La Coopérative Radiophonique de Toronto inc. (La Coopérative) requested that the Commission conduct an abbreviated process with respect to the above noted application. The Coopérative stated that it had received funding from two donors to achieve the proposed technical changes to CHOQ-FM Toronto station and that the agreement with these two funders will expire at the end of summer 2013. La Coopérative therefore requested that the intervention period be reduced to 15 days instead of 30 days to ensure it gets a response from the Commission, ideally at the beginning of August.
The applicant’s request is approved. Accordingly, the timetable for the process will be as follows:
Deadline for submission of interventions: 23 May 2013
A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of the proceeding.
