Dear Ms. Kirshenblatt,

Re: Broadcasting Notice of Consultation CRTC 2011-379 (“BNC 2011-379”) Licence renewals for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation’s (the “Corporation”) French- and English-language services - Procedural Letter re: the Corporation’s Final Submission

In a letter to the Commission dated 14 January 2013, the Corporation requested an extension to reply to the Canadian Media Production Association’s comments regarding terms of trade, due to a medical situation.

The Panel for the licence renewals of the Corporation’s French- and English-language services reviewed the Corporation’s request, and in light of the situation, approves the extension. The Corporation must submit its reply no later than 28 January 2013.

Sincerely,

(original signed by)

John Traversy,
Secretary General
