Extension of deadline for submission of interventions to 13 January 2014

1. With this notice, the Commission revises the procedure established in Northwestel Inc. – Applicable rates for 800 service origination arrangements, Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2013-614, 15 November 2013. Specifically, the Commission extends the deadline for the submission of interventions and accordingly extends the deadline for Northwestel Inc. to file replies to interventions. The Commission therefore replaces paragraphs 8 and 11 of the notice as follows:
8. Interested persons who wish to become parties to this proceeding must file an intervention with the Commission regarding the above-noted issues by 13 January 2014. The intervention must be filed in accordance with section 26 of the Rules of Procedure.
11. Northwestel may file replies to interventions with the Commission by 23 January 2014.
2. All other deadlines and procedures in this proceeding remain unchanged.
