Call for comments on the Commission’s approach to tangible benefits and determining the value of the transaction
New deadline for the submission of replies: 5 February 2014
1. Further to Broadcasting Notice of Consultation 2013-558, as amended by Broadcasting Notice of Consultation 2013-558-1, the Commission notes that it has added five new interventions to the public record for this proceeding. Given that these interventions have been added after the deadline for filing replies in this proceeding, the Commission considers it appropriate to extend the deadline for existing interveners to reply to any new issues raised by these new interveners to 5 February 2014.
2. The new interveners are also permitted to provide comments in reply by no later than 5 February 2014. These comments shall not address any comments received in reply after 13 January 2014.
