Hindi Women’s TV – Specialty Category B service – Correction
1. In Hindi Women’s TV – Specialty Category B service, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2013-53, 12 February 2013, the Commission mistakenly indicated that the applicant was prepared to accept the imposition of a condition of licence limiting the broadcast of programming drawn from program categories 7(b) and 7(g) combined to 10% of the broadcast week, whereas it should have indicated the program categories 7(f) and 7(g).
2. Accordingly, the Commission corrects condition of licence 2(c) as set out in the appendix to that decision so that it reads as follows:
The licensee shall not devote more than 10% of the programming broadcast during the broadcast week to programs drawn from each of program categories 7(f) and 7(g) combined and 8(b) and 8(c) combined.
Secretary General
*This decision is to be appended to the licence.
