Administrative renewals

1. The Commission renews the broadcasting licences for the radio programming undertakings set out in the appendix to this decision, from 1 April 2013 to 31 August 2013, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licences.

2. This decision does not dispose of any substantive issues that may exist with respect to the renewal of these broadcasting licences. The administrative renewal of the licences for these stations will allow the Commission to fully consider the applications to renew these licences at the same time that it considers the renewal of the broadcasting licences for other radio stations that are owned by Astral Media Radio Inc., Astral Media Radio Atlantic Inc. and Astral Media Radio G.P., and that expire 31 August 2013.
