The Commission approves on a final basis the following tariff applications. The Commission received no comments with respect to the applications. Revised tariff pages are to be issued1 within 10 days of the date of this order.

[2] In this tariff notice, Persona Communications Inc. (Persona), informed the Commission that Bluewater Communications Inc. (Bluewater) had amalgamated with EastLink on 1 September 2012. Persona noted that it is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bragg Communications Inc., operating as EastLink. As such, Persona requested, among other things, that Bluewater’s General Tariff be replaced by EastLink’s General Tariff.
