Further to Broadcasting Notice of Consultation 2013-195, the Commission announces the following:
At the request of the applicant, the current broadcasting licence for the following undertaking will not be renewed as indicated but will, instead, be revoked pursuant to New exemption order respecting certain programming undertakings that would otherwise be eligible to be operated as Category B services, and amendments to the Exemption order respecting certain third-language television undertakings, Broadcasting Order CRTC 2012-689, 19 December 2012. Consequently, this undertaking will continue to operate under the terms and conditions of the above-mentioned exemption order. Accordingly, the following item is withdrawn from this public process. The Commission has closed the file on this application.
