CFML Burnaby – Revocation of licence
1. B.C.I.T. Radio Society has requested the revocation of its broadcasting licence for the English-language carrier current AM radio programming undertaking CFML Burnaby, British Columbia.
2. The licensee indicated that it meets the exemption criteria set out in Exemption Order respecting carrier current undertakings whose services are not carried on cable systems, Public Notice CRTC 1993-47, 30 April 1993.
3. Given the licensee’s request and pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to B.C.I.T. Radio Society for the above-mentioned undertaking.
