RE: Tariff Notice 448
Dear M. Reirson:
On 4 December 2012, the Commission received an application by Telus Communications Company (TCC, or the company) under cover of Tariff Notice 448 (TN 448), in which the company proposed to destandardize its Enhanced Community Notification Service, with a proposed effective date of 22 February 2013.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis. Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 10th business days following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of a complete application.
Yours sincerely,
