RE: Tariff Notice 16 – Introduction of LSR Rejection Charge

Dear Sir:

On 26 November 2012, the Commission received an application by ISP Telecom under cover of Tariff Notice 16 (TN 16), in which the company proposed the introduction of a Local Service Request (LSR) Rejection Charge, pursuant to Telecom Regulatory Policy CRTC 2012-523. The company has indicated that its application is a Group B retail tariff filing.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis and consequently, this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, by the end of December 2012.

Yours sincerely,
