Re: Saskatchewan Telecommunication’s Tariff Notice 275/A – Revision to Payphone Compensation Per Call

Dear Mr. Hersche:

The Commission received an application from Saskatchewan Telecommunications (SaskTel), dated 19 October 2012, in which the company proposed changes to item 650.24 – Payphone Compensation Per Call of its Competitor Access Tariff, in order to revise the per completed call rate of its Payphone Compensation Per Call service.

By letter dated 19 November 2012, MTS Allstream Inc. requested that the Commission direct SaskTel to comply with the Commission’s disclosure determinations in Telecom Regulatory Policy CRTC 2012-592, Confidentiality of information used to establish wholesale service rates, 26 October 2012. On 22 November 2012, SaskTel filed an amended application with a revised cost study.

Any interested parties may submit comments pertaining to the amended application submitted to the Commission by 10 December 2012.

SaskTel is to file replies to the comments by 17 December 2012.

A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of the proceeding.

Copies of the documents should also be sent to Greg Milosek (gregory.milosek@crtc.gc.ca)

Yours sincerely,
