Subject: Charges applied by TELUS Communications Company pursuant to the relocation of an MTS Allstream co-location area

Dear Madam,

On 21 November 2012, the Commission received a letter from MTS Inc. and Allstream Inc. (collectively, MTS Allstream) in which the companies requested to withdraw the above-referenced application concerning charges billed by TELUS Communications Company (TCC) pursuant to MTS Allstream’s relocation within a TCC central office. In that letter, MTS Allstream indicated that the subject matter is no longer in dispute between the companies.

In light of the above, MTS Allstream’s request to withdraw its application is acceptable. The file relating to this matter will therefore be closed.

Sincerely yours,
