RE: Tariff Notice No. 446 – Call Director Package and Business Value Bundle Plus – Reminder regarding filing requirements
Dear Sir:
On 12 October 2012, the Commission received the above-mentioned tariff notice submitted by TELUS Communications Company (TCC) in which the company proposed to withdraw Call Director Package and Business Value Bundle Plus service bundles from its General Tariff. TCC requested an effective date of 30 November 2012.
Commission staff notes that at paragraph 22 of Telecom Information Bulletin 2010-455 it is stated that destandardization and withdrawal applications must be filed with the Commission at least 45 business days before the proposed effective date.
Commission staff reminds TCC that, absent a rationale as to why a different timeframe is necessary, it is expected that any destandardization/withdrawal applications will be filed with the Commission within the required timeframe.
Yours sincerely,
