Re: Bell Aliant Tariff Notice 414 and Bell Canada Tariff Notice 7361

Dear Mr. Gauvin / Mr. Henry:

On 24 August 2012, the Commission received applications from Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership (Tariff Notice 414) and Bell Canada (Tariff Notice 7361), collectively the Bell companies, seeking revisions to their respective Access Services Tariffs, Item 110 – Co-location arrangements, pertaining to monthly rates per square metre of floor space that apply within their Ontario and Quebec serving areas.

On 24 September 2012, the Commission received comments on the Bell companies’ applications from the Canadian Network Operators Consortium Inc., Globility and MTS Allstream. On 4 October 2012, the Bell companies provided their reply comments to the intervention by the above competitors.

The Commission is continuing its analysis of the Bell companies’ above tariff notices. Accordingly, the Commission is unable to dispose of these applications within 45 business days of the filing date.

The Commission will further issue a notice shortly regarding its expected date of rendering its decision on the Bell companies’ above applications.

Yours Sincerely,

‘Original signed by Y. Davidson’
