Re: Tariff Notices # 438 / 644 / 4357 from TELUS Communications Company

Dear Sir:

In letters dated 11 October 2012, Commission staff posed additional interrogatories to TELUS Communications Company (TELUS) and MTS Allstream Inc. (MTS Allstream) regarding the above TELUS applications to add a 2.5 Gbps interconnecting carrier to interconnecting carrier (IC-to-IC) cross-interconnection link. In these letters, TELUS and MTS Allstream were requested to provide responses to the interrogatories by 26 October 2012.

In light of this, Commission staff sets out the following remaining process dates:

Comments may be filed by parties 2 November 2012
Reply comments may be filed by TELUS 9 November 2012

Additional comments are to be made solely in relation to TELUS’ and MTS Allstream’s interrogatory responses.

Copies of the documents should also be sent to and

Sincerely yours,
