RE: Tariff Notice 444 – Proposed revision to CLEC General Tariff

Dear Sir:

On 25 September 2012, the Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Company (TCC) under Tariff Notice 444 (TN 444), in which the company proposed to revise its Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) General Tariff to reflect its intention to expand its CLEC operations in NorthernTel’s operating territory. TCC indicated that its application is a Group B retail tariff filing.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application. Consequently, this application will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.

Yours sincerely,
