RE: Tariff Notice 889 - Ethernet Metropolitan Area Network Service
On 18 September 2012, the Commission received applications by Northwestel under cover of Tariff Notice 889, in which the company proposed price changes and modifications to the rate structure for its Ethernet Metropolitan Area Network Service. The company indicated that their application is a Group B retail tariff filing.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis. Consequently, this application will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
