Dear Sirs:
RE: Tariff Notices Bell Aliant 415 and Bell Canada 7363 - Proposed changes to General Tariff items
On 13 September 2012, the Commission received applications by Bell Aliant Regional Communications and Bell Canada under cover of Tariff Notices 415 and 7363, in which the companies proposed modifications to the terms and conditions of existing services. The companies indicated that their applications are Group B retail tariff filings.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis. Consequently, these applications, along with all associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of these applications, along with all associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of their filing.
Yours sincerely,
