Dear Sir:

RE:  Tariff Notice 7362 - Digital Transmission Facilities

On 28 August 2012, the Commission received an application by Bell Canada under Tariff Notice 7362, in which the company proposed changes to its Special Facilities Tariff
Item D77 - Digital Transmission Facilities to introduce Item D77(z) which provides for a DS-3 access facility between the customer’s premises in Mirabel, Québec and the Company’s nearest central office.  The company has indicated that its application is a Group B retail tariff filing.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis on this application.  Consequently, it will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt.  However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.

Yours sincerely,

‘Original signed by M. Murray’
