RE: Tariff Notice # 438 / 644 / 4357

The Commission is in receipt of Tariff Notices (TN) 438 / 644 / 4357 from TELUS Communications Company (TELUS). These applications relate to changes to Carrier Access Tariffs (CRTC 18008, Items 250 and 255 and CRTC 1017, Item 110) for which TELUS is proposing to add a 2.5 Gbps IC to IC cross-interconnection link and modify the rates for the DS-1 and DS-3 IC to IC cross-interconnection links.

To assist the Commission in disposing of these applications, TELUS is requested to provide responses to the interrogatories in Attachment 1 and Attachment 2 which are to be filed with the Commission by 7 September 2012.

Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must be actually received, not merely sent, by that date. Copies of the documents should also be sent to yvan.davidson@crtc.gc.ca and abderrahman.elfatihi@crtc.gc.ca.

Each paragraph of all submissions should be numbered. In addition, the line ***End of document*** should be entered following the last paragraph. This will help the Commission verify that the document has not been damaged during electronic transmission.
