RE: Tariff Notice No. 48 - Acceptance of a request for withdrawal
On 1 August 2012, the Commission received an application by La Compagnie de Téléphone de Lambton Inc. (the company) under Tariff Notice 48 (TN 48), in which the company proposed an increase to its monthly rates for residential primary exchange services (PES).
In a letter dated 8 August 2012, the company submitted a request for withdrawal of TN 48, indicating that a new tariff application will be submitted to the Commission.
The withdrawal request has been accepted and the record of proceedings for this notice has been closed.
