RE: CityWest Telephone Corporation Tariff Notice 111
On 30 July 2012, CityWest Telephone Corporation (CityWest) filed Tariff Notice 111, proposing to increase rates for its Residential Service and Residential Line with 4 Features Bundle.
In a letter dated 1 August 2012, CityWest requested to withdraw the above-noted application from consideration by the Commission.
CityWest’s request to withdraw this application is accepted. The public file for this application is therefore closed.
