RE: File # 8662-C182-201202324 - Canadian Network Operators Consortium Inc. Part 1 Application to Review and Vary Telecom Regulatory Policy 2011-703 and Telecom Regulatory Policy CRTC 2011-704 - Request to extend process deadlines

The Commission is in receipt of a letter, dated 31 July 2012, from Saskatchewan Telecommunications (SaskTel) and TELUS Communications Company (TCC) requesting an extension to the current filing date, of 3 August 2012 for submission of the their responses to requests for information addressed to them by Commission staff in a letter dated
13 July 2012.

SaskTel and TCC noted that a Commission staff letter dated 31 July 2012, provided for an extension of the filing date for a response to Commission staff interrogatories to
21 August 2012 for Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership and Bell Canada, and also for Canadian Network Operators Consortium Inc. for comments on these responses to 5 September 2012.

SaskTel and TCC requested the same process dates for the submission of their responses to requests for information.

Commission staff considers that the extensions requested by SaskTel and TCC are appropriate.  Accordingly, the remaining process dates, set out in the 13 July 2012 Commission staff letter are revised as follows:
