RE: Tariff Notice 63 - Closure of File
On 18 July 2012, the Commission received an application by Cochrane Telecom Services (Cochrane, or the company), under Tariff Notice 63, in which the company proposed revising its General Tariff to reflect determinations made in Obligation to serve and other matters, Telecom Regulatory Policy CRTC 2011-291, 3 May 2011. The company indicated that its application was filed as a Group A tariff filing.
On 23 July 2012, the Commission received an application by Cochrane, under Tariff Notice 64, in which the company made corrections to its previous Tariff Notice 63.
In light of Tariff Notice 63 being superseded by Tariff Notice 64, this file is closed.
