Dear Sir:

RE: Follow up to Telecom Order CRTC 2012-151

In Northwestel Inc. - Interconnection and Service Agreements, Telecom Order CRTC 2012-151, 14 March 2012 (Order 2012-151), the Commission directed Northwestel Inc. (Northwestel) to file newly executed 800 service origination agreements between itself and each of Rogers Cable Communications Inc. and Saskatchewan Telecommunications, and a newly executed amendment to the Interconnection and Service Agreement between itself and Bell Canada, with future effective dates, for the Commission's prior approval.

On 27 June 2012, in a letter addressed to Mr. Chris Seidl, Executive Director - Telecommunications, Northwestel requested approval of three newly executed agreements with proposed effective dates for 12 July 2012 to 31 August 2012.

Commission staff notes that the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Rules of Practice and Procedure set out specific requirements with respect to the filing of an application with the Commission, including a requirement that an application be filed with the Commission by sending the document to the Office of the Secretary General. Consequently, Commission staff is returning Northwestel’s 27 June 2012 correspondence and requests that Northwestel file its application in accordance with the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Rules of Practice and Procedure.

Yours sincerely,
