Re: Tariff Notice 883A: Wholesale Connect Service: Request for Extension to file response
Dear Mr. Yeulett:
On 22 June 2012, the Commission received a request for an extension to file a response to comments received from Telus Communications Inc., SSI Micro, Yukon Government and Iristel.
Under the Rules of Procedure, Northwestel is to respond to the submissions by July 3rd. Northwestel is requesting an extension to 15 July, 2012 to file its response.
Commission staff accepts Northwestel’s request for an extension but to 13 July 2012. The Commission will determine further process if required.
