Dear Ms. McIsaac,

Re: Part VI Application between Rogers Communications Partnership and the Regional Municipality of York

On 22 June 2012, the Commission received your letter requesting that it accept the Sur-Reply by the Regional Municipality of York to Rogers Communication Partnership’s (Rogers) Reply in the above-noted matter.

Commission staff accepts your request to have the 22 June 2012 letter be part of the record.  Rogers will have until 6 July 2012 to address the submissions made in that letter, including your request to have an oral hearing.

Where a document is to be filed by a specific date, the document must be actually received, and not merely sent, by that date.

Yours sincerely,
