RE: Part I Application Globalive Wireless Management Corp. doing business as WIND Mobile (WIND) for Access to Canada Line Underground Tunnels and Stations
Dear Mr. Woodhead:
For the purposes of Commission staff’s preliminary analysis of the above-noted application, TELUS Communications Company (TCC) is requested to provide, by 9 July 2012, the following documentation:
- A copy of the five year renewable Sublicense Agreement TCC entered into on 25 September 2008 with inTransitBC, as well as any amendments to that agreement, regarding the Canada Line Lands Wireless System (CLLWS).
- A description of the distributed antenna and fibre-optic telecommunications system (CLLWS) that TCC installed in the Canada Line Lands, including a list of system components and a detailed diagram of the system along the Canada Line Lands.
- A copy of the Sub-sublicence agreements that TCC has entered into with Bell Mobility Inc. (Bell) and Rogers Communications Partnership (Rogers) for the provision of wireless services on the CLLWS, including all the terms of access and financial compensation.
- A copy of TCC’s proposal provided to WIND on 1 March 2012 for access to the CLLWS.
- A copy of WIND’s response of 30 March 2012 to TCC’s proposal of 1 March 2012.
- A copy of WIND’s counter-offer of 30 March 2012 to TCC’s proposal of 1 March 2012.
- A copy of TCC’s counter-offer provided to WIND on 16 April 2012 for access to the CLLWS.
- If TCC’s follow-up on 3 May 2012 to WIND involved any revised proposals, or new documents, a copy of any such proposal or document.
