Re: Vidéotron TN 45 (CRTC File No 8740-V3-201205881 2) to introduce a service charge for IP block configuration for its TPIA service.
The Commission received a letter from Canadian Network Operators Consortium Inc. (CNOC), dated 8 June 2012, in which CNOC requested an extension of one week for the filing of its comments in the above-mentioned application.
Commission staff considers that CNOC’s request is reasonable and that the delay will not unduly prejudice any parties to the proceeding.
Accordingly, the revised filing date for CNOC and other parties to comment will be 18 June 2012.
Videotron may submit its reply comments by 28 June 2012.
