Dear Sir and Madams:

Included as Attachment A to this letter is an agenda outlining the specific locations, dates, times and anticipated process for the in camera oral hearings scheduled for 29 June 2012.  The Commission notes that it will make available separate break-out rooms for the parties should they need to caucus. 

Parties are requested to file with the Commission using Access Key, and serve on each other, at least 10 days prior to the hearing, the name(s) of the person(s) who will be attending the hearing and their area of expertise.  Parties are also requested to bring to the hearing the seating plan of their panel.

Conduct of Hearing:

The morning session will commence at 9:00 a.m. between Bell Media Inc. (Bell) and Canadian Independent Distributors Group (CIDG). 

The afternoon session will commence at 1:30 p.m. between Bell Media Inc.  and TELUS Communications Company (TELUS).

In each session, parties will be expected to respond to questions and requests for clarification from Commission Panel members.
