RE: Tariff Notice 5 - Change in Company Name
Dear Mr. Stavropoulos:
On 18 May 2012, the Commission received an application by FlexITy Holdings Inc. under cover of Tariff Notice 5 (TN 5), in which the company proposed changes to its tariff to reflect a change in the company name from FlexITy Solutions Inc. to FlexITy Holdings Inc. as well as the re-titling of its tariff pages to Access Services Tariff.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.
Consequently, this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, will not be disposed of by the proposed effective date of 2 June 2012. The Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions shortly.
