RE:  Obligations of local VoIP service providers with respect to 9-1-1 emergency service and registration as a reseller

Dear Mr. Bowler:

On 15 May 2012, and amended via e-mail on 24 May 2012, Key2 Communications
Inc. (Key2) filed its proposed customer notification texts with respect to its local VoIP
9-1-1 emergency service.

This is to advise that Commission staff has reviewed Key2’s proposed customer notification texts, as revised, and considers that Key2 is in compliance with the directives in Telecom Decision 2005-21 and Telecom Decision 2005-61.

Yours sincerely,
