Re: MTS Allstream Inc. Tariff Notice 721 – service charge for a stand-alone interface component and capacity changes
Dear Sir:
The Commission received an application by MTS Allstream Inc. (MTS Allstream), dated 19 December 2011, in which the company proposed changes to its Special Services and Facilities Tariff, Very High-Speed Digital Subscriber Line (VDSL) Data Access Service, Item 5830 section 6. Specifically, MTS Allstream proposed a revision to the service charge for the initial installation and provision of the port and network capacity on the Very High-Speed Aggregated High-Speed Service Provider Interface (V-AHSSPI). MTS Allstream also proposed a revision to the service charge fee for adding or changing network capacity to an existing V-AHSPPI.
Commission staff has reviewed the information on the record to date, and in light of its analysis, has determined the need for further information. To address this requirement, additional interrogatories are provided in the attachment.
Accordingly, the filing dates are as follows:
MTS Allstream is to file responses to Commission staff interrogatories by 2 May 2012.
All parties may submit comments on the additional information provided in the interrogatory responses by 7 May 2012.
MTS Allstream is to file replies to the additional comments by 11 May 2012.
