Re: Follow-up to Telecom Regulatory Policy CRTC 2011-703 – Pending rate issues (Tariff Notice 41 and Amendment 41A - Vidéotron).

Dear Sir:

This is in regard to Vidéotron Tariff Notice 41 and Amendment 41A, of 27 January 2011, in which the company proposed, among other things, a tariff page project and new service fees for interconnection speed changes.

Commission staff has reviewed the responses and information received to date.

Further to its review and to complete its analysis, Commission staff requires additional information in response to the appended interrogatories.

Accordingly, the Commission asks that Vidéotron file a reply no later than 2 May 2012, and asks the parties involved to file their comments no later than 7 May 2012.

Vidéotron must reply to comments no later than 11 May 2012.

Sincerely,
