RE: Tariff Notice 1 - CLEC Tariff

Dear Sir:

On 12 March 2012, the Commission received an application by Vois Inc. Under cover of Tariff Notice 1 (TN 1), in which the company requested approval for its new competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) access services tariff. The company indicated that its application was a Group B retail tariff filing.

Commission staff has noticed that there are typographical errors in the text that interfere with the clarity of the tariff. Specifically, the errors are as follows:

1. On page 17:

a) The section title “PART A Definitions and General Terms” appears at the top of the page, however, this section title does not apply to the items on this page;
b) In the subsection title “ITEM 200”, the word “continued” needs to be added;

2. On page 19 the section title and subsection title “PART D Interconnection with Wireless Service Providers (WSPs) ITEM 400 General” appears twice with the actual content of this section continuing from one paragraph to the next; and

3. On page 20 in the subsection title “ITEM 503”, the word “continued” needs to be added.
Commission staff requests that you submit an amendment to your application under cover of Tariff Notice 1/A containing the three pages as noted above, with corrections, by 12 March 2012. Until that time your application will be put on hold. The new amended pages may use the same headers and footers as the pages that were previously submitted (e.g. the same page numbers and dates).

Consequently, this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, may not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following their receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.

Yours sincerely,
