RE:  Agreement 1475/00 – Master Agreement for Local Interconnection – Schedule C

Dear Sir:

On 01 March 2012, the Commission received an application by Colba.Net Inc (Colba.Net), under Agreement 1475/00, in which the company proposed a Schedule C to a Master Agreement for Local Interconnection (MALI) agreement with Bell Canada.

Commission staff notes that pursuant to Approval processes for tariff applications and intercarrier agreements, Telecom Information Bulletin CRTC 2010-455, 5 July 2010, the applicant is required to file a complete and signed copy of the MALI Schedule C. In the case of the above application by Colba Net, only the template was provided without the actual content.

Commission staff notes that paragraph 8 of the CRTC Rules of Procedure provides that the Commission may return an application or close a file that does not meet the filing requirements.  Because Colba.Net’s application does not comply with the Commission requirements for agreement applications, this file is closed.

Colba.Net Inc. may submit a new application addressing the above-mentioned concerns. The application must be presented in the form of a new Agreement.

Yours sincerely,
