Re: Interrogatory process related to the proposed service charge for network capacity changes – residence; and Application requesting expedited relief to address implementation of the capacity model approved in Telecom Regulatory Policy CRTC 2011-703
The Commission received a letter from CNOC, dated 24 February 2012, in which CNOC requested an extension of the 13 March filing date for comments in the above-noted tariff proceedings to 21 March (with a corresponding adjustment from March 16 to March 27 for incumbent replies) and an extension of the 16 March filing date for reply in the CNOC Part 1 Application to 23 March 2012. CNOC stated that these extensions were necessary because certain crucial regulatory resources required to prepare comments will not be available during the week of 12-16 March 2012.
Commission staff considers that CNOC’s request is reasonable and that the delay will not unduly prejudice any parties to the proceedings.
Accordingly, the revised filing dates are as follows:
Bell Aliant, Bell Canada, Cogeco, MTSA, Rogers and Vidéotron are to file responses to Commission staff interrogatories associated with both proceedings by 8 March 2012.
All parties may submit comments, associated with the tariff notice proceedings, to the Commission by 21 March 2012.
Bell Aliant, Bell Canada, Cogeco, MTSA, Rogers and Videotron are to file reply comments, associated with the tariff notice proceedings, to the Commission by 27 March 2012.
All parties may file reply comments, associated with the CNOC’s Part 1 Application, to the Commission by 23 March 2012.
