Commission staff is in receipt of a letter from Northwestel Inc. (Northwestel) requesting an extension to the 29 February 2012 filing deadline for reply comments for the above-noted application. Northwestel requested that the deadline be moved to 9 March 2012.
SSi Micro Ltd. (SSi) filed a letter supporting the request.
light of the circumstances, Commission staff is of the view that the extension request is reasonable. Northwestel therefore has until 9 March 2012 to file its reply comments.
Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must be received, and not merely sent, by that date.
